Look at 4 dog stoves too.

I'll second that. Had a 2 dog that was terrific. Air tight seal so you could control the burn rate with the air inlet adjustment and get long burn times if you wanted, or you could fire it up for max heat. If you want steel I'd call and ask.

What is everyone's experience with the Davis tent wood burning stoves that come with their wall tent packages? How do they compare to the Colorado cylinder stoves and others mentioned in this thread?

Davis' cylinder stoves are exactly the same as Colorado cylinder stoves. just different names for the models.....

That one from wall tent shop is imported as well. Colorado Cylinder stoves are made in the States.

I tried contacting 4 dogs and didn’t get a reply back. Guess I’ll go with the Alpine. What are people seeing for burn times with hard wood?

You should go into expecting 4-5 hours.

Ended up purchasing a Colorado Cylinder through Sportsman’s Guide today as they are offering an additional discount for 4th July. Couldn’t pass up $430.00 shipped. Will follow up with an update come hunting season.
