Walk in coolers and drywall

Like Jags said make sure when you insulate that it is thick enough prevent cold condensation on the back side. For spray foam you are talking 3" plus. Especially important if you are in the more humid part of Washington. If you are only going to use it for a few days a year and the back side can dry out, it would not be as critical.
Yeah we are in Central Washington, so definitely dryer than other parts of the state. My Dad wasnt too excited about the idea of removing the drywall so I'm going to use heavier foam panels to try and cut down on condensation transfer with the ability to vent them some for dryng out if we end up running for longer than several days at a time. I'll post an update later on in case someone else find themselves in a similar situation!
