I was at Wal-Mart today and they had some Savage Axis for $199 with a scope on it. They also had some Weatherby DLX sporters for $350 and Weatheryby Vanguard Selects for $250.

Same thing here in Southern CO. Picked up a Wby Deluxe in 270 for $350, don’t know what I’m going to do with it but I got one!

The last time they clearanced guns at Wal-mart, I bought 7 rifles that day. I sold 5 of them and made $350 and kept two of the rifles for free.

So i couldn't resist any longer and bought my 5 year old her first rifle today. Savage axis 243. She's got some growing into it to do but should make a fine first rifle. Tha ls again for the heads up.

yeah i went by my walmart the other day cause someone mentioned it to me, no luck at my walmart. i was getting ready to purchase 3 rifles

I believe there are some rebates on the savage as well.

I picked up a $139 mossberg 12 gauge 3.5". Pellet guns are more expensive than that.
