Any input on a midweight under wader pant? Looking for something that I can wear for cold stream fishing and use for hunting.

I wear these under my waders when duck hunting or fishing in a really cold environment. Sort of like a jogging pants with a stirrup, but made of Merino.

They insulate and cool. Very comfy usually will slip on a pair of crocs when in the car and then can jump into the waiters without any hassle.

I love the Sitka Gradients. Sweatpants on steroids. Slick outer material slides in and out of waders easily, foot stirrups, good pockets. Great for wearing around camp as well.

I wear a light polyester long john if it's mild. In the fall/winter I wear my thinsulate puffy pants I use for glassing.

I just use my Prana Zion's under the breathable waders for waterfowling and float tube/flyfishing. Stretch comfort, tuck in well and fit without excessive bagginess to wad up inside the waders. Have not been disappointed using them for this, hiking or hunting.
Have also used REI/Novara bicycling tights - they had a foot loop/stirrup so I would not have to tuck them under my outer sock to keep them from bunching up.
