VV N330 and Subsonics

So I got to looking at what I could use and decided to try some N330 for subsonic 45-70 with 400 grain Speers and possibly some 200gr 10mm auto subs.
Anyone have any success with subsonic loads using VV powders ?

I'm going to try some out today, starting with 14gr and work up or down from there. Using unique load data for a staring point since they are similar burn rates.

Should I have any concerns of detonation because of case fill? I've read mixed things on whether or not it's a true concern with faster burning powders and more of a problem using slow burning magnum powders
