These are brand new. Never even been screwed on to an arrow. Going a different route. I brushed them with some mineral oil, and have kept them hung up in the package. Bought Jan 17, and past the 30 day return mark. Actual measurement is 1 11/128". Bigger than 1 1/16" but less than 1 1/8".
