Did VPA go up on broadhead prices recently? The 175 three blades are over 50 for three now. I thought the last set I purchased about a year ago were a good deal less than that.

Great premium BHs at a not so premium price.

All of the steel products we purchase in our business have gone up 20%+, it wouldn’t surprise me if their raw material prices have gone up

Honestly, without looking at what I paid last year, I'd say its about a 20% increase, so that makes sense.

Totally agree with comments on the broadhead. Shot one clean through the knuckle on a whitetail shoulder and didn't even have so much as an edge roll. Emailed the company to tell them they had a great product.

VPAs are strong

I buried a 28” Axis 500 gr arrow with a VPA 150 gr 2 blade into the forehead of a hog that charged me and he has just the nok showing in his forehead. Dropped on the spot ( and worse rolled into some poison oak)

Those VPA’s are incredibly strong and the carbon steel holds an edge well. A top quality head.

About the only bad thing a guy could say would be that they will rust if you leave blood on them or leave them out in the rain or for days at a time.

Dude.... that’s wild.

On the other topic, VPAs are great broadheads. I shot the 200 gr three blades for a couple of years. Even at $10 more a pack, it’s still a great head for the price.

Given the current state of the economy, I don’t know that I wouldn’t stock up on a few at the price they are now.

The best one piece machined head I've ever laid hands on and arguably the best 3 blade overall. I wouldnt be surprised to see everything go up in price soon.
