Vortex Razor UHD vs Zeiss Conquest HD binoculars

I want to know how the Razor UHD binoculars compare to the Zeiss Conquest HD binoculars. In your opinion, is it worth upgrading from Conquest HD to the Razor UHD? Has anyone tried both of them? Thanks.

I owned the 10x42 Conquest HD for a while. I was never super impressed with them but definitely liked them over something like the Trinovid.

The UHD are stunning to me, but big and the build quality doesn't seem great. The Maven seems to be made better but I haven't compared them side by side to the UHD. Both are supposedly made by Kamakura with the same basic design but I don't know about specific design details.
