A lot better than I expected. The field of view was only marginally better and the magnification was only marginally less. You could still see things really well, they were just a little bit smaller, little bit. Trace and mirage were easy to make out. They are also lighter, smaller and slimmer in the hand than the SLC's. It's a budget SLC and obviously the glass isn't as good but you'd likely never notice unless you compared them side by side which I literally did during a 2 day match. I really want to try some 12x NL Pure's now. If they made a 15x I'd have gotten some by now but the results were good enough to potentially make the 12's viable. I wish you could rent some somewhere.

I also compared them to 2 sets of 10's, Swaro's and Sig's and they may as well have been 8 power, there was no comparison at all.

So can't afford some SLC 15's? These are a good alternative that'll get you most of the way there.

You can rent them from “ rent outdoor gear “ to compare. Just a heads up

Thanks! I had no idea they existed but at $130 for 2 days, that's absolutely crazy.
