Have a very nice vortex diamondback tactical 6-24x50 in mils and is FFP. I got for my sons .17hmr. It is too much magnification though. Wanting to sell or trade for a similar quality scope but in a lower magnification. I still would like it to have a reticle with subtensions so I can teach him how to use them to prepare him for larger rifles in the future. Doesn’t have to have an exposed turret but that would be nice since this one does. I’m not interested in a cheap rimfire scope. The point of this is to teach him how to use a rifle, scope, and ballistics. Moa or Mils is fine.
The negative… the only downside is that there is a mark on the bottom of the bottom of the scope tube. It doesn’t affect functionality at all and is only seen if you turn the scope upside down. The guy I got it from said his kid did it. It was like that when I got it and hasn’t been an issue. I will show it in the pictures.
