Anyone have any experience with the diamondback line? I couldn't pass one up new for $180 with their warranty. Just curious about it holding zero mostly. Will be on a savage 20ga slug gun.

I've had one on my wifes 270 for the last couple of years. So far it has held up well. I had an extra I put on a 375 rum wildcat this spring to do some load work up and it seemed to survive that encounter too. Decent scopes for the money.

I have one (3x9x40) mounted on a .223 used for prairie dogs. It's a nice lightweight scope that holds its zero well. Not the greatest early or late in day, but it's to be expected with what you pay for it.

Mine is a 4-12X40 with the Dead hold reticle, it sits on top of a Tikka T3 Lite 7mm Mag, love it and the rifle so far. I wanted something light weight, and durable. But honestly I am not worried if it breaks with the Vortex warranty I will be getting a new one.

Solid glass for the price point. My only complaint is the turrets are kind of have a "mushy" feel to their clicks. But I haven't had any issue out of the two I own. One lives on a 30-06 and the other a 375 Ruger.

I've had the 4-12 on my 308 the last two years and have been very happy with it. I haven't had any issues with it not holding zero. For the price and warranty it's hard to beat.
