I have a Vortex Crossfire 2-7x. It was mounted on a 22 and worked flawlessly. Light ring marks and no major scratches on body I can see. Glass is good. Decided to try something else. Please ask any questions and I can provide additional photos as necessary.

Is the rimfire edition? Do you know what the parallax is set at?

Correct, it is the rimfire version. Based on Vortex's website 50 yards. I've shot at 50yds, and 100 yds and targets at that distance are pretty clear.
