Vivo forest tracker esc durability

My eBay set showed up...appear to be legit. Exactly the same as my pair straight from the factory. Even shipped in vivo plastic outer bag and return address is a vivo warehouse...
But they only warranty their products if it came from one of their known vendors. I got burnt by that on my first pair

Wore my Trackers all day yesterday. Added some Superfeet Hike insoles that seemed to lock my heel in much better than the factory insole. They are so comfortable!!! I am definitely going to have to work up to them, as my feet have been pussified to receiving that much feedback.

Did the first backpack scouting trip of the year in the Magna FG. No problems with them whatsoever with these conditions. 5.5 miles in and about 3500' gain. Most of that was on trail until about the last mile through some pines and up a steep alpine face to camp.
Takeaways:
  • Feet felt great.
  • Calves got more of a workout, but felt good.
  • Knees felt better than ever. Having more mobility in the feet and ankles makes a huge difference.
  • Felt able to move quite a bit faster through easy trail sections
  • Better agility in the steep/rough/deadfall type stuff
  • Little to no sweat. On the evening hike in, my feet had zero sweat. Hiking out during the middle of the day, there was the slightest bit of sweat. That never happens in a boot with a liner.

I used revivo to get my pair as I was not going to pay new price for. The pair I got was graded as "great" condition and it looked as if they had never been worn.

If you do some googling, generally there's some people sponsored/ambassadors for them who have a 20% discount code listed on their website or reviews, you just have to sift through it to get there. I'm always looking for discount codes and have been successful the last few times I've wanted Vivo shoes or boots or I'll check the revivo site and find a good deal on there.

I figured it was virtue signaling or a way to satisfy customers that are compulsive recyclers.

I don’t mind the idea but it irks me they mark up the msrp of the boots to make it seem like you are getting a great deal. When In reality it’s about a 25% discount vs buying new

Here is a pair of “excellent” for $225 with a shown “retail” price of $385

Anyone else use the 50% discount from early May, only to have them now say they're not in stock?

I don't understand how their site could have shown them as in stock and process a credit card payment, only to issue a refund nearly two months later ... not super impressed.

(And for context: these would have been something like the 12th pair our family would have ordered, with no such problems in the past ...)

I ordered both forest tracker and leather AT on the 50% in may and they shipped out promptly.
Definitely pretty Lame to leave you hanging two months and then drop the order. Maybe worth a call/email to CS

Yeah that happened to me. Took about two weeks to get a human to respond. Then got a refund on the shoes they didn’t deliver and then got another code for 50% off that lasted 3 months
