They’re heavier for sure. I have been using them for a year now. Went with the SS since I’m pulling 81-83(depending on which bow) at 29”. Wanted to stay in the 280-290 fps range.
I can’t speak to the durability of the TKO’s, but the SS I’ve been shooting are like tanks. I’ve dug 2 out of tree stumps and bounced them off of rocks. I kept shooting them after close inspection. I’m using Iron Will HIT’s and impact collars.
Heavier and more durable. The RIP TKO is the most durable in its weight class and I’d put it right behind the SS overall. I use the SS but build more TKOs for people as most are wanting a faster setup. By far no durability complaints from TKOs though. Most have said they are more durable than Easton axis they’ve shot previously.
