A bolt ii, 270 WSM.
No idea where this goes. Under the front foot of hinged magazine makes sense, BUT… then the foot doesn’t sit flush with stock. Plus for the front action Bolt to line up, the convex portion of plate would be back in action of gun.
Consulted this schematic , which is all that I can find and can’t find the part anywhere.
