Vane master pro question

I’m trying to put some trad vanes on with a vane master and cannot keep it from pulling The fletching back off when removing the clamp. I’m leaving it on for 1 minute plus. Any recommendations? Thanks for your help

#1 use less glue, your probably putting too much glue and having it seep out the sides of the fletching and onto the wires that hold the vane.
#2 clean off your wire coverings.
#3 you holding too long. 15-20 seconds is plenty.

What vane/glue combo?
