Uukha ILF limbs heavier draw weights

In any case, I was just bumping the thread to give a bit more perspective on the Uukha limbs. I really enjoyed the ones I shot on the weekend.
As in everything archery, you pay a lot more for a small incremental improvement. I think the low end Uukhas are a good value though. The higher end ones are very nice....but you pay for them.

For those of you using heavier Uukhas: any tips to tame them (noise/vibration)?

I went from 45# Gobis to 50# Uuregs and its been an adventure getting the new limbs quiet. That said, the arrows are grouping well and impact with some authority.

I'm shooting Selenghas at 50#/52# with long draw and they are very quiet even with a 420g arrow. I try to keep them at 7 7/8 but no less than 7 3/4 for sure. at 7 5/8 they get noisier.

Could it be you are plucking a little with the heavier setup?

Were you spying on me during my range session the other day?

Looks like the string stretched a bit under the heavier poundage and needed a few twists to get back to a brace height of 7 7/8. In the processes, I added some more rubber dinguses that I'm not sure are doing anything except slowing my arrows down, so they'll be getting axed here shortly.
