Anyone on here ever do the Utah Doe Antelope hunts? if so how was it? i have accumulated a few points so next year ill be able to draw a few of the units. Really looking forward to this hunt. thanks. any info is good info.

I've done San Raf North Cleveland and Mounds Reef.

Fun enough hunts. I mixed the first one with some fly fishing in the mountains above Ferron and Huntington. The second trip I swung through Arizona and scouted my elk unit.

that sounds pretty fun ! did you hunt with a rifle?

Also i dont see the Mounds Reef hunt listed?

It may not be available this year. The San Rafael- Mounds Reef area bordered the San Rafael North Cleveland to the southwest.

It was a rifle hunt both times.

I drew this year as a NR with three points. Haven't hunted the unit ever and hoping it goes ok. There seems to be enough public land that is decent habitat so I think it'll be a fun outing. Doe antelope are just pure fun.
