Hi All,

I'm looking for anyone with experience with muleys in the southern portion of the Boulder/Kaiparowits area of Utah, please PM. Also open to anyone who has explored southern Utah for desert bucks or sheep, much of the red rock desert is considered more sheep country. Please don't post the info here for all the public to see, I know we are all trying to be sensitive to the guidelines about units and areas. Happy to reciprocate with tips and guidance on anything elk/deer related in Colorado and Utah. Thanks ahead of time!

With the new regs there it will definitely change that unit in the coming years!

Meh, maybe on the mountain side of the unit where there are more deer and more hunters.
All of that desert habitat is limited by the fact that population densities are extremely low and isolated in certain areas. Because of the habitat, populations will always be very limited regardless of weapon type. Hunting pressure is limited by the miserable hunting and the fact that anyone who hunts it successfully isn't going to tell anyone about it.

FYI

The OP spoke with me before posting this, asking how to post the question with out getting specific into details about unit numbers or landmarks etc. He didn't want to get banned or warned or get in trouble. I advised him how to post this in a way so that he gets PM's and no info is posted publicly. He is trying to do this the RIGHT way without spot burning.

If you want to help him out via PM feel free to do so, that's an option everyone has. If you don't want to help him, that's an option too as everyone likes to keep their secrets about spots, so that is an option too.

However the condescending remarks are not needed on this thread or any other thread
