Yes, it is a reflex suppressor.

Based on testing, it should handle any 30 cal. Not sure if they ever put barrel restrictions on it. I believe they claim it was "optimized" for .308 sized cartridges tho.

.750 max barrel diameter at muzzle. I think i might have read .770 but they state .750 officially.

.750 is fine and .770 is fine 95% of the time. They’re .790 at the threads and taper to .830 but barrels and barrel machining isn’t always perfect.
