Yeah he’s a salesman. But more a con man. Selling shit on false premises. I wish more people could see these threads before they buy from him. I just got lucky and got in contact with the landowner in time.

It’s a rip off. Land you can hunt is tiny and no way elk are there. Save you money and find something else.

I had done one in Montana years ago, 500 bucks, showed up Rancher said they are in my Hay right now go get them out of there. If you get one you owe me 500, if not no worries just happy to have them run out for the day. I thought this was a similar deal for my buddy, not the case at all. I should have known better, 100% my bad.
