I killed a moose, a grizzly and a few elk, black bears etc with the Gold Tip Hunters at 385 gr with primarily a 3-blade replaceable Rocky Mt Titanium 100 gr head. They will work just fine, given a good shot selection. Good luck on your hunt, and the new heavier FMJ hafts you selected will be fine as well!
