Unknown suppressors OG testing

You've made your point multiple times in this thread, at this point your simply trolling.

It's time to give it a rest and move on to other threads.

And thats a fact. Thanks Sam.

No offense but he’s simply bringing to attention his opinion that the can is louder than he imagined upon purchase. That is his right as a paying consumer of a product that he is disappointed in. And that is even more his right in a product evaluation thread. Sure he’s made a cheeky comment or two but if you are going have issues with that, then you have bigger fish to fry within these forums as there are threads with far more criticism (and repeated criticism) directed towards the products in question.

He’s answered questions, he’s posted video support behind his claims, and he’s served as a valid input into an ongoing evaluation of the OG suppressor.

No, I think he has kind of pushed beyond constructive criticism at this point. He has a free can in his possession, and he is still being a bit much. He is going out of his way to push his opinion on anyone that will listen, and honestly it has gotten old.

So yesterday my wife shot her first bear with her 6.5PRC and an OG-L. Just as we arrived at our glassing spot, two bears came to a berry patch from different directions. The smaller of the two had no idea the bigger bear up the hill was there.

My wife shot the bigger bear at 248 yards, the other bear showed zero reaction.
After being hit, the bigger bear jumped, spun around a couple times, then fell and rolled down into a bush. We could see it still breathing so my wife put a second round in it. Again, the other bear showed zero reaction.
After watching the hit bear for several minutes and no movement, we just enjoyed watching the other bear feed for a while. It was so focused on food, it didn't realize it wasn't alone until we started down the hill to the bear she shot. The the little bear hustled up over the ridge.

In my opinion, out in the mountains, the 6.5PRC and OG-L are perfect together and sound very similar to a 6.5 Creed with a OG.

FWIW, this is the first animal my wife has shot suppressed. Her first shot was perfect. After it was over, she commented how she had just realized she was in a better state of mind leading up to the shot because she wasn't anticipating muzzle blast. That allowed her to focus more on her body position and shot process.

I've had zero interest in adding 8" to my rifles to have a suppressor in the past. The OTB cans on shorter barrels has me fully committed to suppressing all my rifles though. The 6.5PRC/OG-L and 6.5 Creed/OG go together like milk and cookies.
