Unit 44 Colorado

I finally drew a unit 44 deer tag in Colorado 4th season. Went out scouting the area last week. If anyone has any experience in that unit and wouldn't mind sharing information I would appreciate it. Doing it myself. Haven't ever used a guide and usually do well with determination.

Yes but not as good as I hoped. Scouted in the summer and then 2 days before the opener. Hunted 4 more days and shot a 30 inch wide buck but not real heavy or tall. Best one I saw. Will score around 180. Don't have any great pictures but attached the best one.
