littlebuff - maybe they've just recently added them, but ZPacks goes up to 6'7" and extra wide at 66". One of the reasons I went with them.

I have no experience with the flight jacket quilts, they seemed a bit heavier if I remember the site correctly.

I went with the snap footbox on the burrow. I like the versatility of an open footbox. The burrow uses snaps and the EE footbox is a zipper with a couple tab snaps above it.
MyBurrow 20* is a Regular custom wide. The wide is a 55" and I had mine made 58". Also aside from the argon material (which feels amazingly soft and light against the skin) I had silnylon head and foot protection added for moisture. EE has an option for this but you can ask Hammockgear on the custom form. (I called Adam and spoke with him about everything, very helpful and great service) I'm sure both guys will build however you want to an extent. So my 20* burrow comes in at 22 oz instead of the 18.7 advertised. No biggie for me though, I knew I was adding extra weight.

My quilt with the standard 850 treated down and with the custom options was $315 to my door. I think the EE revelation pro is the closest comparison and it's gonna be over $400. However I cannot speak for or compare the two designs. Both places have great customer service and I Believe EE is a Rokslide sponsor. (not for sure though)

My EE quilt is a 10* Epiphany and is not a good comparison to my Burrow 20*. I have a handful of nights in my Burrow and love using it but nothing under 40* yet. It seems plenty warm. I am a very cold sleeper though and I seem to always need a beanie on my head.

I like Tim's strap attachments on the EE quilts better, just a little more bulk for his straps. The burrow has small loops on the side and Adam adds one extra place towards the top for ground sleepers. I use some small bungi and mini cord locks from Zpacks for my Burrow. A guy could use whatever works best for him.

How durable does the argon material feel? Think it can stand some abuse?

Idahohunter - Notice any differences between vertical and horizontal baffles with regard to down shift?

My EE epiphany is older and has Karo baffles where you can move the down where you want to.
I have never had a problem with down shifting in my burrow but I shake it out from top to bottom before I crawl in for the night. I had mine built wider and is half taper cut. However i didn't opt for any extra down. so depending how it does when the temps drop, I may send it back and have .5 oz added to the top third of the quilt. Only if needed though.

Well it's a variation of 10d ripstop nylon according to the site. It feels plenty durable but I'm not a ground dweller either. Always inside a floored shelter. I would think it is comparable to other 10d if not a little better with it's dwr finish. One thing I notice is it is very temperature versatile and doesn't seem to change, like how the silnylon sounds brittle and crackles when temps drop. This stuff remains the same throughout, so far..
