UM Tikka Ring Design Change?

Did the UM Tikka rings change? Ordered a set from Midway (they were in-stock) and these appear different than my previous sets.
- Rail clamp has recesses for the bolt heads and isn't coated to match the rest of the rings.
- Less obvious but the radiuses on the rings themselves don't match tops to bottoms. Tops are radius and bottoms are 45s. Just seems a little sloppy.

Those look like the titanium clamps that are on their premier rings

I know when I brought up the issues with their first gen, Ken mentioned they would fix the offset with the next gen. These might be them.

You can't Nitride titanium. You can DLC titanium, however that would add $10 per ring set in DLC cost on the clamps, and greatly affect the availability due to the fact its like 4 weeks at DLC and they like to scrap stuff.

Yes, this is the Gen II ring set. They have a titanium clamp which is hell for stout. They work extremely well due to the fact you can torque them without any flex or give like the original clamps. The only time that was ever an issue was on certain 300 WSM or 300 win mags.

The rings are now shifted to center also. The clamp grew in height to get a better leverage point as well, to increase the gripping force on such a small dovetail area.
