WTB UM Medium Tikka Rings

Finally got my rokstok and looks like I need medium rings.
They are currently back ordered from UM.
Willing to trade my lows and cover shipping for the mediums or just buy mediums out right for retail price.
I am not interested in selling the lows until I have acquired mediums.
