For sale is an Ultradyne UD7 aluminum chassis for a Tikka RH action. This setup consists of the UD7 chassis with full length arca, Hera Arms folding adapter, Ultradyne aluminum butt stock and Ergo 0 degree pistol grip. It accepts short action AICS magazines and I sanded the feed lips on one Amend2 308 and one 6.5 PRC polymer mag to make them compatible with the chassis and Tikka action. This mod takes 10 minutes to complete with a file or sand paper.
Modifications:
I swapped the Ultradyne butt pad for a Limbsaver and mounted it higher to be more in line with the bore axis. The Ultradyne butt pad will also be included. I added gorilla glue heavy duty duct tape to the recessed bolt handle area to keep debris out. All Tikka chassis seem to have a deep cutout for the bolt handle, so this isn't unique to the UD7. I also cut the bottom of the post of the cheek riser off so that I could use the butt stock without the riser. When using a 42mm scope and Sportsmatch TO84 rings, the cheek riser got in the way and I just built the comb up slightly with foam and tape. There's still a good amount of travel available with the modified cheek riser if you want to use it.
Weight of the chassis with 1 mag is 59.1 oz.
I'll also include your choice of two AICS mags. I currently have (2) 3-round Amend2 6.5 PRC mags (147 eldm factory loads fit), (2) 5-round Amend2 308-based mags (I was loading long 243/108eldm handloads), and (2) 10-round MDT 223 mags.
Asking $800 tyd via discreet PayPal FF or certified check. Feel free to check my feedback or request references.
Thanks
