The piece I received is Grip-Rite, not Tyvek. They are similar products but with substantially different construction. Just a heads up if you’re looking for true Tyvek.

Correct. These are grip rite brand house wrap. I’ve always called house wrap tyvek. I should have been more clear in the thread title.
