Two rifle battery cartridge help.

Thinking of adding another custom rifle to my safe. Have many sentimental rifles in various calibers, but my custom Alamo precision 280ai is my do all/go to. Wanting to build something similar but lighter caliber to pair with it. Intended use for woodchucks, fox, coyotes, and deer. I am looking for opinions on what would be a good two gun battery. On my short list is the 22 Creedmoor and 6mm Creedmoor. What's everyone's thoughts on either cartridge especially on deer sized game?
