Turning 3 piece 3D target into 1?

My wife bought me a very nice 3D archery target last summer that breaks into 3 pieces. I'd like to "glue" it together to be more stout. Any ideas for a foam or adhesive product that could stand up to the weather and fuse the foams of the target together?

Thanks!

Along with proper adhesive when found, you may want to insert dowel rods between the pieces for added strength. Have to believe a regular drill would bore into the foam then glue up the dowel and insert it all together. Not sure how to line up the parts but with a little thought it should work.

Why are my elk legs cut off?
To allow the elk to be shipped UPS, the bottom legs are cut. These legs must be reassembled before the target is assembled. We recommend using gorilla glue or industrial adhesive to assemble the pieces together.

The dowels would have to be inserted externally, due to the way the piece interlock. Also would hate to muff a shot and hit the dowel. I wasn't sure if two part foam would be a good idea, but I'll pick up some gorilla and check it out. Thanks guys!
