Tundra footwear set up

Sorry if it has been covered in detail previously. I am wondering what footwear set do you use for long periods spend in the tundra?

a good pair of wading boots is what i wear

Le Chambeau Boots or Simms G4s with lightweight simms boots.

I brought my Crispi's and Simms wading boots with me this year to Alaska. I spent every day wearing the Simms wading boots. I could have used the Crispi's on the ridgetops, but it was wet just about everywhere we went.

Next time, I'm just taking the wading boots.

Thanks to everyone for your replies.

I spent a week in similar terrain hunting Red deer using a pair of berghaus yeti gaiters over scarpa boots, which worked fine but not incredible either.

I was wondering what you people used so thanks for the replies

LS Aequilibrium and scarpa ribelle tech would be good. I like the trango tower though but they need broken in 30ish miles
