Brock, I take it that these routines are all giant cycles;
i.e. you do the exercise one after the other with no rest between exercises? = Push-press (no rest) Pull-ups (no rest) Push-up (no rest) Meat hangers (no rest) shoot 1 arrow - done one cycle 4 more to go - take no rest or very little rest.
