Trying to get started digiscoping with Samsung Galaxy

I am attempting to use my Galaxy S10 with my ATX 95 using the Swarovski phone adapter. I'm running into 2 issues. First is lining up the camera with the scope. I get a very narrow view with a dark edge. I have tried multiple settings, i.e. zoom in and out , set scope to lowest power, run the settings on manual, etc. Any magic tricks? the second is the adapter lets the camera/phone move just enough I lose the view.
Thinking I may be better off just getting a dedicated camera and adapter . Anyone have any tips with a similar setup?

I don't know if this solves your problem but I read on this thread about some third-party apps that allow you to select which lens gets used in the camera and prevents the camera from switching lenses as you zoom in or out.
