Tripod Suggestions - Leica 77

So I have this new to me Leica Televid 20-60x77 and I need a better tripod for it. I had a light $60 vanguard I used for my Chronograph but this heavy scope wobbles on it and doesn't allow for a good clear view. I want something I can pack, but it doesnt have to be an ultra light. Also, I am on a budget - would like to stay under $200 if possible.
