Tripod recommendations

I’m prepping my kid for her first rifle elk hunt this year. Looking for tripod recommendations. I have a cheap two legged one that is not sturdy. She’s shooting great off a bench with my -06 but now it’s time to start shootng prone, off packs, with tripods and in awkward situations.

The Hog Saddle 0311 tripod is a great deal. Pair it with a direct mounted Pig saddle and the whole combo is less than $300. Its heavier than a carbon fiber tripod, but the new 0311 short tripod weighs a pound less. It would probably work great for a younger hunter. I plan on using the 0311 short with a Hog saddle this fall.
