One of the design features of the Sentinel and Titan tripods from Spartan Precision Equipment is the ability to pop your optics off the magnetic attachment, and quickly attach your rifle to the tripod head. We use this feature a lot to shoot over tall grass or sage, and from the sitting position. I was wondering if many of you use the tripod for this function, and what your experience has been?
Is there any other uses you've discovered that our tripods can be handy for?
For hunting out west, do you find a tripod is sometimes better than a bipod for shooting in the field?
