There is an underserved market of people who shoot non magnum 338s (or 35’s) who would love a hunting focused can that isn’t huge. A big bore OG to handle stuff up to 35 Whelen would be amazing.

There is a market for this. I live in a state where I have to use 35 cal or larger for whitetail. 350L, 360 BH, 35 Whelen are all common. While I have a AB Raptor that’s awesome, always looking for something better and I think I finally convinced the guy I hunt with to go for a can on his whelen.

Most people are buying 15+ oz cans. A 10 oz OG xxl would be great.

I have a 338 Federal I want a can on in the worst way but it weighs 4 pounds, 12 oz...so it has to be light AF or it'll ruin the svelte nature of the rifle

US has said they will do a 338 at some point. I would like a 6” reaper with Reflex and the salmon front brake for my 338 Lapua.

Doesn’t matter to me if it’s 35 caliber. Haven’t seen many specific cans in that size.

An ultralight can with similar form factor to the OGs or Reaper but with a bigger bore.

Every 338 can that gets made is for dudes shooting XCs, Lapuas, etc.

A 36 cal lightweight for those of us shooting 338 Fed, 35 Whelen, 358 Win, etc. would be the absolute shit.

I don't want a 14+ oz 10" can on a 5 pound hunting rifle. My OG 6.5 bored out to 338 would be epic for still hunting here in NW MT
