Absolutely. I believe the 3-9 is the lightest scope to pass @Formidilosus drop test but I could be mistaken.

The 3-12 is also great. All made in Japan.

I recently bought a Huron 3-9x40 with German #4 and an Accupoint 3-9x40 with duplex and illuminated green center dot. Both, build quality and optics, are well above their price points. I'll be upgrading a lot of my beloved Leupolds to these two scopes.
