Also, could you not add a washer under the turret cap and have a DIY zero stop like folks do with the swfa?

I'm not sure on the age, I bought it on here around 4 years ago. The tritium still lights up in a dark room just like the accupoints I have that are only a few years old. I never looked into a DIY zero stop. Not sure about that. Sorry I don't have more info for you.
