Trijicon Accupoint 3-9x40 with tall dialing elevation turret???

This would be a near-perfect setup for me if it existed for a couple of lightweight bolt rifles.

Does anyone know of a scope that is lightweight, has illumination, is dialable(reliable) w/tall, locking, and zero stop turret, has a decently heavy reticle for hunting, and is tough?

I can't believe this wouldn't be an incredibly popular scope today.
