Trigger tech Tikka triggers

Unsure on reliability yet but I put a flat shoe TT in my NRL rifle and have really liked it. I likely won’t be putting one in all my other hunting calibers but if you want to adjust down to a light trigger I’d recommend it.

I guess I'm just not a trigger snob, but I couldn't ask for a better trigger in my Tikka.

I originally used a lighter spring, but it made the trigger too light, and I ended up putting the factory back in and turning it all the way down. Didn't make it any more difficult to shoot.

That being said, I did love the Triggertech that came factory in my Bergara Premier...was basically identical to the factory Tikka, but I know they have various "levels" of trigger. It was about the only thing I liked on that rifle.

I look forward to reading some hands on reviews regarding reliability. Particularly, I’m pretty sure the UM Tikka clone is going to use the trigger tech triggers.

Yeah I'd assume that too.
I know the springs can cause issues.

I think I had my TT on my 6.5 PRC at about a pound or so. Ha probably "too light" for hunting but I really loved it. That being said I have zero issues with my oem tikka triggers. Just a slow day at the office.

I could -- and Sako makes them -- for the 90 and the S20. Adjustable reach, externally adjustable pull weight, and three position(ish) safeties.

Sure… an even better trigger and a 3-position safety would be lovely, but not for $2000+. There’s no reasonably priced better alternative. Although the Sauer 100 is pretty close and has the 3-position safety.

The T3x triggers are very good, no argument.

I'm hoping the UM/Procision collab eventually results in additional safe, reliable options.

I specifically bought it for a light trigger on my competition gun where I’m shooting in a much more controlled setting then my hunting rifles. I think the tikka trigger is great for that application.

I am finding I like a flat trigger for finger placement and mostly because I feel cool.
