I have flat feet and picked up a pair of Superfeet Trailblazers for my boots. Slipped them in the did a couple miles with 45# pack. Feet have been sore for a couple days. Wore the boots with insoles for a whole day a few days later and they hurt me pretty good. It’s this normal with these insoles or should I look for something else? My foot kind of rolls to the inside of the boot, was hoping to fix that with an insole.

I also have flat feet. Tried several insoles. From my experience it's kind of like finding the right boots that fit your feet correctly. I ended up getting Superfeet copper which are designed for flat feet. They work great for me. I have them in all of my hunting boots.

Hard to say, i'm not familiar with that insole and superfeet doesn't seem to specify the arch height.

I have flat feet as well, sometimes when I put new insoles with more support it they actually cause mild discomfort until a day or two of breaking my feet and boots in to the revised fit. They certainly should help with your over pronation issues compared to factory insoles. I'd look at other options know to help combat over pronation.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve worn them a couple more times and it seems to be getting better

Flatfooter here too, I tried a couple different models of the superfeet, they were ok but didn't quite cure the issues I was having. I went into a specialty shoe shop the other day and they had me try all different kinds of insoles and I settled on the Birkenstock Blue footbeds. I slip them into my boot over the existing insoles and so far they seem good in my boots, been wearing them around since I bought them and moving them around into all of my footwear. I'm going to throw a load on Friday and do some miles with them on to see if they really are the solution

Gave up on the Superfeet this week. I picked up some Cadence insoles from a local store. So far, the customer service has been great trying to get the next size up delivered before I leave next week. I’ll let y’all know how they fit.

I tried the Trailblazers, and so far, I like them.

I've got a skinny foot with a narrow heel and high arch. Even in a narrow boot/shoe, I need to take up some of the volume with an aftermarket footbed.

The thing I like about the Trailblazers is how deep the heel is compared to other foot beds. A lot of footbeds raise your heel in the heel pocket of the shoe and make heel slip worse. The Trailblazers take up some volume in the heel, but still allow your heel to stay lower in the pocket.

Thanks for the post.. I picked some up to run in my new Crispi Crossovers.. what size did you get? I ended up getting a bigger size than I needed in order to ensure the arch support was farther up the foot.
