Worked for me this morning after being denied last night. Didn’t upload a pic. Just asked to price match the Reno store. AI “transferred me to an agent and was price matched instantly.

The BOT asked for a link to the website, but when I went to change the Reno Sparks store to my default store, the price was back to full price of $349. The Agent/human was able to honor the price match.

I just went through the process, uploaded the pic from the 2nd post with the AI and got transferred to "Taylor".

After a few minutes the price in my cart was adjusted to $199, and shipping was free!

This site costs me so much money! I was able to get the price match online. The customer service rep (via chat) said that the Reno in-store price was an error, but they would honor the price for one bipod.

For those that may not know, there is also a thread somewhere on rokslide that shows how to pin the ball head so it performs better. Me and my buddies that ordered them plan to do this.
