I won’t be hunting units in the next 3-4 years where I will need to keep my pack as light as possible. I will be cashing in on points.

For convenience or short trips I use my slick tripod. It’s quicker to setup. If I were going deep consistently the Tricer is the way to go. 12oz lighter and takes up less space in the pack. Functions just as well as my Slick 634.
