Tricer DZ HEad vs. Spartan Davros Head Pro Gen 2

Ok So I've posted about this before, but I remain undecided and since then Tricer came out wih new DZ Head. Here's my dilema. I have a Tricer-AD Tripod. I currently have a Spartan Precision Davros Head on it (not gen 2). While I like the set-up there are a few things I don't like:
1. I don't like that the tripod has the extension to get to glassing height.
2. I don't like the Davros Head. I know I'd be much happier with the Davros II.

My dilema....sell the Tricer-AD and just buy the entire Spartan Precision Tripod with Davros II head - $950.00 and sell my Tricer and Davros Head? or do I buy the new Tricer DZ head and keep my Tricer Tripod and sell the Davros Head?

Anyone have experience with both? Any thoughts? I was convinced to sell the entire thing and get the Spartan Precision Tripod with Davros II head until I saw Tricer came out with the new DZ head and now I'm torn.

The difference is about $500 in savings if I keep the tripod I have. I think the Tricer DZ-Head looks like it will be better for glassing. While the Spartan Precision looks like it would be better for quick shooting and ease (quick change over to binnoculars) - but is that worth the extra $500?

I'm going Moose Hunting in Alaska in September on a Fly in/Drop in and I'm confident I'll be glassing a ton. Which is why I'm now torn after seeing the Tricer-AD head. Any comparisons would be welcome.

I have no experience with the tricer, but I will say it is nice going from binos or spotter to shooting with the darvos. I also use the tripod legs for trekking poles saves a little weight.

How do you like glassing with it? That's the part I'm most concerned about with the spartan. I don't like the look of the bino connection.

It really comes down to what you are trying to prioritize. Glassing or shooting. Simplicity and speed also factor in. I have a Davros pro on a tripod that I use for glassing and shooting. It does both ok, and switching from one function to the other is fast and simple. There aren’t any perfect setups that do both. Fluid head with a center column is best for glassing, ball head and no center column is best for shooting. If you plan on shooting off the davros a gunsmith adapter in front of the mag well is pretty much a must have. I set this tripod up with a 50/50 emphasis on glassing and shooting and it does that well. In reality I use it far more for glassing and could see myself moving to a lighter weight glassing tripod and just use other improvised rests to shoot.

No experience with the tricer stuff.
