Hunt the wind, and minimize walking through you deer travel corridors. If you have to cross deer trails or such to get to your spot, rubber boots help minimize the scent on your trail. But like most have said, set up to hunt the dominate wind direction for that area and if it is your only spot, have different set ups for different winds. Scent control products help to a point I'm sure, but haven't had a "wow" experience with a particular brand yet. It seems as though there are those times where deer seem to not care about anything at all and then there are times were deer snort and run while standing up wind from you having never even looked your direction... just when you think you have something figured out, they will humble you lol.
