Travel Buddy(s) to Western Hunt Expo?

This is the year, I am committing to go to Western Hunt Expo.

If anyone wants to meet up at the expo and swap hunting stories, I'll be out there!

I did think about that. Appreciate the heads up. No stranger to nasty weather driving but definitely taking that into consideration.

They close I-80 between Rawlins and Laramie a lot this time of year. We get lots of high winds.

I would second flying just due to weather. SLC airport is really close so it’s easy. Hopefully you have hotel rooms already.

Agree with Maxhunter. I-80 in Wyoming is likely to be closed at least part of the time and closures can be roughly 12 hours to 2 days at a time. Even if it's open, it's often icy and snow packed. Flying is your best option.

I am flying. I learned my lesson. Last time I drove to it I was in 4WD from SLC to basically western WA for the drive home.
