Looking for reccomendations for a transporter for a DIY yacht based black bear/halibut/salmon combo trip for a group of 6-8 guys. I have looked into a couple different outfits but would like hear some of your personal experiences. Thanks!

I've heard good things about Dalin Hunts and Guiding out of Ketchikan. I don't know what all they offer. A quick search turned up several more in southeast AK. Glacier guides is top notch but spendy

Likely going to have to limit it to 6, and even that is a lot. PM inbound

You might consider a forest service cabin also. Clover pass resort rents smaller fishing boats that would be capable of getting to thorne arm cabin.

Im looking for same information. So far narrowed down to alaska premier sport fishing and ninichek charters. Talked to quite a few and both of these seems really good to deal with. Wondering if any one on here as any experience with either of these? If you look up Joseph von benedikt back country hunting podcast, he does a podcast while on trip with alaska premier. ninichek is quite a bit cheaper. Id be willing to pay more if it means better trip but wondering if in this case one is better than other? Like I said both impressed me when talking with them over others.
