I was diagnosed with PH, explains a lot of my training/hunting issues. I am still barely above needing O2, but my walking is greatly declined.
Is anyone else hunting with PH? If so, how are you training? Any tips you’ve learned? IE carry o2 rescue bottle above this altitude, breathing breaks, distance backpacking, etc.
For me, it’s one thing I want to do till I just can’t. Working with pulmonologist, cardiologist, specialists also. FWIW, I once was called “super fit” by Dr.s, ridding up to 500 miles a week, running, lifting, climbing etc. . . now well making the most of every day!
Thanks
Never quit! Never give up!
